Conflicts Assistant.

A first class opportunity for a Conflicts Assistant to join an international law firm to be based at the firm's Leeds city centre office. 
Sitting within the Business Acceptance Unit team, the Conflicts Assistant will be responsible for conducting conflict searches using a variety of both internal and external databases, analysing results and creating reports for stakeholders identifying any likely contractual, professional or reputational conflict concerns.

To apply for this position, it is essential that you have a minimum 12 months’ prior conflict check processing experience, ideally within a law firm environment. Alternatively, applications will be considered from individuals with analysis or risk and compliance experience gained within another professional services environment.
You will also pride yourself on your meticulous attention to detail, and excellent analytical and reporting skills. You will also liaise with fee-earners and partners on a regular basis, so good communication and presentation skills are required.
