Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Home Working).
The perfect role has arisen if you like the opportunity to move your career from the office, to your home.
We are currently supporting one of the largest conveyancing law firms in the UK who are continuing to expand nationally.
They specialise in a volume conveyancing approach, and have perfected this process over their long history, which has attributed to their huge success. With offices regionally based, they are now looking to appoint new experienced residential conveyancers who would like to work within a high performing, fast paced role, based from home.
As an experienced conveyancing solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions, predominately focusing on client service/care and handling queries throughout the process, keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers and other solicitors.
There is no need for business development in this role - the work is there for you!
In order to benefit from this rare conveyancing solicitor opportunity, you will be an experienced conveyancer who is well accustomed to managing a caseload of 80+ residential property files from start to finish, with minimal support.
You will either be a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner with at least 2 years’ experience and you will reside in the UK.
Additional to the home working environment, you will also benefit from an annual bonus based on completion targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction. You will be set up from home with a PC (and desk/chair supplied if needed!), but they will not contribute to your phone or internet costs.
Please apply today for this conveyancing solicitor role if you're bored of your everyday office job, and wish to bring your job into your own home. You can call Paul Norman. 01179 000 888.
Competitive salary up to £35k - and no commuting costs!
