This leading national firm is recruiting an employment associate within their Glasgow team.
In joining this internationally recognised team, you will be advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters while supporting partner leads on more complex matters.
You would be advising on employer relations matters including:
- Internal disciplinary/grievance/capability processes
- Reviewing policies
- Procedure & contracts
- Advising on equalities obligations
- Conduct of and/or support on Employment Tribunals
- Advising on TUPE processes including input into the drafting of commercial agreements
- Delivering training on a broad range of employment issues
- Supporting business development.
The successful solicitor will have covered a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment work, to include advising on employer relations issues, including settlement negotiations. Other experience should include Equal Opportunities, reviewing/drafting policies, contractual advice and more.
Please note that candidates at any level from NQ+ will be considered as long as you have a grounding in Employment law.
