Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join this Legal 500 recommended Defendant Clinical Negligence team in the London office of this Legal 100 firm.

In this role you will be acting on behalf of hospital trusts. You will be responsible for a diverse range of clinical negligence cases, from initial instruction through to settlement. In addition to running your own caseload, you will also assist the partners with exceptionally complex, very high value claims.

You will need to be a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor with at least 2 years’ post qualification experience in Clinical Negligence, probably gained in a renowned and established team and ideally on behalf of Defendants, although Claimant experience will be given consideration.
