Employment Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior employment solicitor to join this Legal 500 recommended team in Central London. 

In this role, you will be working on a wide variety of cases, including whistle blowing, discrimination, unfair, constructive and wrongful dismissal, harassment, bullying, disciplinary matters and equal pay. Clients will include senior executives and managers. In addition to your fee earning duties you will also play a key part in managing the team, including supervising junior staff.

You will need to demonstrate extensive experience of dealing with contentious employment matters on behalf of employees at all levels, managing cases from initial instruction through to conclusion, including cases at employment tribunals as well as managing junior solicitors.
