An outstanding opportunity has become available with this L100 firm based at their Sheffield office.
They are looking to strengthen their Commercial Litigation Department with the hire of a commercial litigation solicitor, ideally within 1 – 4 PQE, although NQs and candidates slightly more experienced will be considered.
The successful commercial litigation solicitor will have the opportunity to work on high value commercial litigation cases, taking instructions from clients and giving legal advice to achieve appropriate resolution. You will be familiar with the use of litigation, arbitration, mediation, or other alternative dispute resolutions such as expert determination.
The Commercial Litigation Department handle a variety of commercial, contractual, and corporate disputes including shareholder and derivative claims, and restrictive covenant litigation. They also act for individual clients who benefit from legal expenses insurance (LEI), as well as commercial LEI clients.
