Company Secretarial Manager – London £60,000 - £70,000
We are currently looking for a Company Secretary Manager with one of our clients based in the city of London. Our client is looking for a candidate with several years’ experience as a company secretary who can supervise the preparation of board meetings, assist senior management with leading a small team and act as the main liaison for all matters relating to clients. The client would like someone who can lead complex international transactions and financing and be able to implement onboarding checklists or trackers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guiding clients on company secretarial and corporate governance matters
- Check entities statutory deadlines are met and statutory records, registers, systems etc. are kept in order
- Run the day-to-day company secretarial operations of the entities (including but not limited to incorporations, share allotment, capital reduction, change of directors, strike off etc.)
- Track changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
- Handle management responsibilities for your team
- Oversee the finance KPI's including internal financial reports
KEY SKILLS
- Relevant university degree and or relevant qualification
- Extensive experience within professional services
- Knowledge of Blueprint
- Understanding of compliance/AML rules
- Ability to take initiative
- Good communication skills, flexible and organised
