Your role will involve a broad spectrum of international and regional project finance and project development work. You will also have the opportunity to work with a wide range of high-quality clients including, but not limited to, governments, major developers, contractors, finance corporations, banks, lenders and energy companies.
Ideally your experience should include:
- Qualified lawyer practicing in Singapore
- Solid experience in financing of projects gained within global law firms
- First-rate legal documents drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with ability to excel technically
- Fluency in one of the Asian languages would be advantageous
