A boutique Property Litigation specialist practice have an exciting opening for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join its team in Liverpool city centre.
The firm manage a variety of Property matters, specialising in Property Litigation and the recovery of property related debts (service charge, forfeiture issues, block management, breach of lease). The team deal with all matters from start to finish, ably assisted with full paralegal/assistant support.
The team deals with a range of Property Litigation matters and may accommodate a particularly strong Litigator with a broader range of experience. A strong willed, confident, and articulate Litigation Solicitor (ideally 2 years+ PQE) with demonstrable previous experience in a specialist Property Litigation department is preferred. However, if you're a very technically strong Litigation Solicitor, with a sound understanding of litigation processes and procedures, you are encouraged to apply!
