Ideal candidate skills:
Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work, applicants must be confident in dealing with their own high-volume caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as being able to work with minimum supervision.
A working knowledge of SOS or other case management systems to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is desirable.
The successful applicant will be required to generate revenue through business development and be able to demonstrate strong client management skills.
This opportunity would be ideal for someone with over 3 years of technical experience in residential conveyancing.
