An opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate solicitor to join a well-established top legal 500 firm based in Birmingham city centre. My client has built an excellent reputation over the years and its corporate transaction team is known for its rich client-base of local, national, and international businesses.

The existing team currently advise on over 50 merger and acquisition transactions per year, with transactions ranging up to 50 million in deal size. You would be expected to be able to advise on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, MBOs/MBIs, Employee Ownership, asset finance, development, and start-up capital.
You will have experience with commercial contracts, ideally at least 3 years PQE, have strong commercial acumen, as well as a proven ability to successfully manage client relationships.
