We are looking to bring on board a bright, ambitious Business Administrator to join our growing team based in the heart of Brighton. We work with some of the world's leading law firms in what is a growing, varied, and vibrant sector. This broad-based role would enable you to develop key skills across business administration, recruitment, and marketing.
Key responsibilities:
Administrative/Resourcing
- Searching for candidates/vacancies and providing shortlists
- Ad hoc administrative tasks for the team
- Drafting job ads and advertising vacancies
Marketing
- Creating and delivering email marketing campaigns
- Delivering social media campaigns
- Developing our social media presence across a range of different platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Key skills
- Strong communication
- Diligent and proactive
- Strong level of written English
- Social Media savvy
